Our residential real estate appraisal fees are some of the most competitive in Central Texas. The fee schedules below reflect the considerable time and expertise required in researching and reporting an accurate property appraisal for a typical property. Our standard turn time is 2 business days after the site visit, depending on the complexity of the subject property. We can usually schedule a site visit within 3 business days, leading to a total turnaround of 4-5 business days for most reports. If you need your report faster, rush service is available for an additional fee.
